تطبيقات إنجز (Engiz Market) — بما فيها تطبيقات "إنجز" و"الإيمان" للعملاء والتجّار — يديرها حساب فردي غير مسجَّل كشركة. هذه الصفحة توضح البيانات اللي بنجمعها ولماذا، وكيف تقدر تتحكم فيها.

البيانات اللي بنجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف — عند التسجيل عبر جوجل أو رقم الهاتف.
• بيانات المتجر (للتجّار): اسم المتجر، الوصف، الشعار، العنوان، الموقع الجغرافي، المنتجات وصورها.
• بيانات الطلبات: المنتجات المطلوبة، السعر، عنوان التوصيل، حالة الطلب.
• الموقع الجغرافي: يُستخدم لعرض المتاجر القريبة وحساب التوصيل — بموافقتك فقط.
• بيانات الاستخدام: أحداث تفاعل عامة (فتح شاشة، إضافة منتج، إتمام طلب) عبر Firebase Analytics لتحسين التطبيق.

كيف بنستخدم البيانات

لتشغيل الخدمة الأساسية فقط: عرض المتاجر والمنتجات، معالجة الطلبات، إرسال إشعارات متعلقة بحسابك أو طلباتك، وتحسين أداء التطبيق. لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث أبداً.

خدمات طرف ثالث نستخدمها

• Supabase — قاعدة البيانات والمصادقة وتخزين الصور.
• Firebase — الإشعارات (FCM) وقياس الاستخدام (Analytics).
• Google Sign-In — تسجيل الدخول (اختياري).

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحقوقك

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط. تقدر تطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت من صفحة حذف البيانات. تقدر كمان تراسلنا مباشرة لأي استفسار.

أمان البيانات

بياناتك محمية بسياسات وصول (RLS) على مستوى قاعدة البيانات — كل تاجر يشوف بيانات متجره بس، وكل عميل يشوف بياناته الشخصية بس.

Engiz's apps — including the "Engiz" and "Eman" customer and merchant apps — are operated by an individual, not a registered company. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Data We Collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number — when you sign up via Google or phone.
• Store data (merchants): store name, description, logo, address, location, products and their images.
• Order data: ordered products, price, delivery address, order status.
• Location: used to show nearby stores and calculate delivery — only with your consent.
• Usage data: general interaction events (screen views, adding a product, completing an order) via Firebase Analytics, to improve the app.

How We Use Your Data

Only to run the core service: showing stores and products, processing orders, sending notifications related to your account or orders, and improving app performance. We never sell your data to any third party.

Third-Party Services We Use

• Supabase — database, authentication, and image storage.
• Firebase — push notifications (FCM) and usage analytics.
• Google Sign-In — optional login method.

Data Retention & Your Rights

We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time from the data deletion page. You can also contact us directly with any request.

Data Security

Your data is protected by database-level access policies (RLS) — each merchant only sees their own store's data, and each customer only sees their own personal data.
