حذف الحساب والبيانات

لو عايز تحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك (بيانات المتجر، الطلبات، الصور المرفوعة) نهائياً من إنجز، ابعت إيميل من نفس البريد الإلكتروني المسجَّل بيه حسابك إلى:

راسلنا لحذف بياناتك

البيانات اللي هتتحذف

• بيانات الحساب (الاسم، البريد، رقم الهاتف)
• بيانات المتجر ومنتجاته وصوره (لو كنت تاجر)
• سجل الطلبات المرتبط بحسابك
• العناوين المحفوظة

هنراجع الطلب ونحذف بياناتك خلال أيام قليلة من استلام الإيميل، ونرد عليك بالتأكيد.

ملاحظة: بعض البيانات (زي سجلات الطلبات المالية) قد يُحتفظ بها لفترة محدودة لأغراض قانونية/محاسبية قبل الحذف النهائي.

Delete Account & Data

If you'd like to permanently delete your account and all your data (store data, orders, uploaded images) from Engiz, send an email from the same address registered on your account to:

What Gets Deleted

• Account data (name, email, phone number)
• Store data, its products, and images (for merchants)
• Order history linked to your account
• Saved addresses

We'll review the request and delete your data within a few days of receiving the email, and reply to confirm.

Note: some data (such as financial order records) may be retained for a limited period for legal/accounting purposes before final deletion.
